Q: What are the dates of the conference?

Q: When is the House of Delegates Business Meeting?
A: Monday, June 24 – Wednesday, June 26
Q: Is the Crest Oral B Breakfast open to anyone?
A: Yes, however it is first-come first-served due to limited seating.
Q: Do I have to be member to attend the conference?
A: No, the conference is open to everyone!
Q: Why should a student attend?
A: From the Undergraduate Student Research Competition to student-specific seminars, the Annual Conference offers engaging and useful tools for students to apply towards their professional career. Q: Where should I stay?

Q: How do I get from the airport to the hotel/conference center?

Q: How much does the conference cost?

Q: What’s included in the registration fee?

Q: What if I am a student and want CEs?
A: You can purchase any registration type that is eligible for CEs
Q: Can I purchase multiple Daily Passes?
Q: Do I still need to sign up in advance for Seminars and/or Hands- On Workshops?
A: Yes – the process will remain the same as previous years. Because there is limited seating for Hands-On Workshops and Seminars, ADHA reserves the right to give away your seat if you are not present 5 minutes prior to the start of the class.
Q: Can I purchase my own guest pass?
A: Guest passes can only be purchased under another registrant
Q: How do I purchase a guest pass for a family member/friend?
A: Complete your registration as normal and select the “Add-on” Guest option. This will be added to your cart.
Q: When is the deadline to cancel my registration?
A: The deadline to cancel your registration is Friday, May 17, 2019. An administrative fee of $75 will be applied to your refund for those registered in the Full Program pass. A $25 administrative fee will be applied to those under the Daily Pass, Students and Retired. Refunds are not eligible for the following: Exhibit Hall Only, Guest Passes, IOH Fun Run & Donations, or President’s Tickets. Refunds will not be given for any request received after the deadline.
Q: What categories are available to me?
A: Students can present either a Research Poster or an Informative Poster Presentation.
Q: Do I have to be a student member?
A: Yes, students must be current ADHA members to participate in the Undergraduate Student Research Competition.
Q: Do I have to register for the conference as well or can I just present?
A: You must be registered for the conference in order to participate in the Undergraduate Student Research Competition.
Q: Are the evening events included in my registration?
A: Yes, except for the events that require an additional registration fee (i.e. In Motion: 5K Walk/Run and President’s Reception)
Q: Are the evening events open to everyone?
A: Yes unless they are by invitation only.
Q: What is the price of adding CE Seminars/ Hands-on Workshops?
A: Access to CE Seminars/Hands-on Workshops are included in your registration category (except for guest passes, HOD Only and Exhibits Only)! Your registration category dictates if you receive CE credit or not.
Q: What the if the Hands-On Workshop I wanted to attend is sold out?
A: Check the online planner to see if the workshop is being repeated at a later time. Otherwise we will have other CE seminars you can attend.
Q: Will there be handouts available before the conference?
A: ADHA will do its’ best to provide the handouts prior to the conference. Handouts will be available online on the Mobile app, specific to each course. It will be the responsibility of the attendee to print out any documents as ADHA will not have any printers onsite.
